What we install
Three finishes, one standard
From a hard-working garage to a showpiece you’ll want to show off — every floor gets the same obsessive prep underneath.
The signature finish Flake Floors
Garages, shops, retail & restaurants
Decorative vinyl flakes broadcast into the coating and locked under a thick clear top. The backbone of LB Epoxy — incredibly durable, the least likely to show scratches, and renewable: sand and re-clear it years later to bring it back to like-new.
The wow factor Metallic Floors
Showpiece garages & feature spaces
A high-end finish with depth that looks like liquid stone — swirled, mirror-glossy and unlike anything else. The showpiece floor for a home garage you want to show off, or a feature space that needs to land.
Built for work Solid Colour Epoxy
Warehouses, hangars, dealerships & wineries
A clean, durable single-colour coating for large commercial and industrial floors. Many colours to choose from, with an optional anti-slip traction additive to keep crews safe on wet floors.
The LB difference
Why builders keep calling
LB Epoxy is the preferred installer for custom-home builders across the Okanagan and Shuswap. Here’s what earns that trust, job after job.
Serving the Okanagan, Shuswap & Kamloops — and anywhere in BC for larger commercial projects.
-
Zero failed floors since 2010
Fifteen-plus years, every kind of slab, not one failure. That record comes from prep we refuse to rush.
-
Clear coats built thicker
Our flake floors carry more clear than most competitors — they hide scratches and can be sanded and re-cleared to like-new.
-
Professional-grade prep
A ride-on shot blaster profiles the concrete and specialty vacuums pull about 95% of the dust out of the air.
-
Materials that hold up
Commercial-grade, FDA-approved, zero-VOC, low-odour epoxy — safe for homes, food facilities and everything between.
How we work
Prep is everything
Most epoxy floors fail because of lazy prep. We’ve never had one fail since 2010 — because we grind into the slab before a drop of coating goes down.
- 01
Shotblasting
A ride-on shot blaster fires tiny steel beads into the concrete, etching a profile so the coating doesn’t just bond — it absorbs into the slab. Connected to specialty vacuums that pull roughly 95% of the dust out of the air.
- 02
Edge grind & crack fill
We grind every edge the ride-on can’t reach, then fill cracks and saw-cuts with a two-part filler that’s ground flush so they disappear. Inferior prep is why most epoxy fails — this is where we don’t cut corners.
- 03
Base coat & flake broadcast
A solid-colour epoxy base goes down, then hundreds of pounds of decorative flake are broadcast into it so it fills in evenly and locks in tight.
- 04
Clear top coats
Premium flake floors get two coats on top — an epoxy build coat and a polyurethane clear — for a semi-smooth, deeply durable, beautiful finish that’s built to last for years.
The prep difference
See what’s under a floor that lasts
Drag the slider. On the left is the bare, uncoated slab; on the right, the same garage after we grind and shot-blast it down to a clean profile, then build it back up in flake and clear. That meticulous prep — not the coating — is the reason our floors never peel, bubble or fail.

In their words
Builders and homeowners who came back
Highridge Homes has used Lyndon Brock’s custom epoxy coatings on several of our projects. We build high-end custom homes in the North Okanagan and our clients love the finish and durability — the garage floors are easy to maintain and look amazing. I would highly recommend Lyndon for your custom garage floor or any other application.
Lyndon completed my garage floor nearly two years ago and I couldn’t be happier. The product is far superior to any others I’ve seen and maintenance has been minimal — a quick dry mop and it looks brand new. He and his team were meticulous, and even helped empty my garage in preparation for the job.
We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new garage floor. LB Epoxy and their team delivered everything as promised in a truly timely, professional manner. The final project turned out perfect — a great improvement to our home.
